1. 夜间模式搜索到的内容看不见。

2. 输入搜索内容后显示无法找到相关结果"xxx" 后有一定的延迟才能显示搜索结果，我觉得可以把无法找到相关结果去掉。
3. 选中框应增加圆角，与主题一致
