- Add ISiteUserInfo base class and site schema definitions in __init__.py
- Implement NexusPhpSiteUserInfo and NexusTtgSiteUserInfo for parsing user seeding info
- Add helper.py with notification and cookie cloud utilities
- Add UpdateHelp.py for cookie cloud encryption and update logic
- Update package.json and package.v2.json to remove explicit v2 compatibility flags and add new plugin metadata

- get_form 改用 VRow/VCol 响应式两列布局，增加使用说明提示
- get_page 所有元素用 VRow/VCol 包裹，二维码居中显示
- 移除 _notification_to_title_lines 中 mtype 前缀拼接，修复回复时出现【智能体】等字样
- package.v2.json 同步版本号至 0.2.0
