3c5e62cf8a feat: add NexusPhp/NexusTtg site user info parsers and helper utilities; update plugin metadata for v2 compatibility 
- Add ISiteUserInfo base class and site schema definitions in __init__.py
- Implement NexusPhpSiteUserInfo and NexusTtgSiteUserInfo for parsing user seeding info
- Add helper.py with notification and cookie cloud utilities
- Add UpdateHelp.py for cookie cloud encryption and update logic
- Update package.json and package.v2.json to remove explicit v2 compatibility flags and add new plugin metadata
