45829c05e5 fix(ChatGPT): 重构缓存管理UI 
- get_form 仅显示缓存数量和提示，移除无效的 onClick 按钮
- get_page 实现缓存管理详情页，使用正确的 events.click 模式
- get_cache_stats 改为从数据库读取缓存数量
- 新增 _get_cache_count 方法统一获取缓存数量

157a1053b1 feat(ChatGPT): v3.0.3 添加识别结果持久化缓存 
- 添加识别结果持久化缓存，避免相同标题重复调用 LLM API
- 初始化时从数据库加载缓存到内存，新增缓存时同时写入内存和数据库
- 支持手动清除缓存并显示当前缓存数量
- 添加 /clear_cache 和 /cache_stats API
