fix: 增强 macOS 打包后 WeChat PID 获取的兼容性

- 新增 pgrep -f 作为第二 fallback，匹配完整路径
- ps 解析时同时检查 comm 列（打包后 command 列可能被截断）
- 过滤时排除 comm 为 WeChat Helper 的辅助进程
