* Initial commit * Updates signature for all withdrawal methods to use new withdrawRequest struct type * Implements crypto withdraw features & tests for Alphapoint, ANX, Binance, Bitfinex, Bitflyer, Bithumb, Bitmex, Bitstamp, Bittrex, BTCC, BTCmarkets, CoinbasePro, Coinut.
