* Initial implementation of HTTP mock testing framework

Convert to VCR testing server. Segregate live testing via build tags.

Converted Binance to VCR server

Convert Bitstamp to VCR mocking tests

Added VCR mock testing for localbitcoins

* Add server generation for concurrent testing
