Andrew 75ac5ee791 (Exchange Interface) Convert Fetch & Update orderbook/ticker methods to return pointers (#398)
* moved order and ticker fetching to return a pointer

* return nil instead of empty struct

* fixed incorrect nil

* general cleanup
