Adds case to ws routines * Adds CancelAllOrders func, adds GetByExchangeAndID. Begins a gargantuan task of unifying order data structs. Sometimes an order update will contain lot's of information, so its best to be able to update all fields of our orders, rather than just an arbitrary subset.
